Mission Statement
The mission of the Broward Hall Agency is to provide insurance services to each client in a manner that will create mutual trust, respect and a belief in the client's mind that the agency has acted in the best interest of the client. The agency's performance will distinguish itself as the model agency of northwest Florida.
To fulfill this mission, the personnel of the agency will:
- Provide each client with prompt, courteous service.
- Act with respect and consideration for fellow employees, demonstrating a working relationship that extends to the client.
- Act honestly and courteously at all times, and maintain the agency's integrity.
- Provide assistance during claims to ensure the client's satisfaction with the settlement afforded by the company representative.
- React to the client's needs with a positive attitude, ready and willing to serve the client in any way.
